You can start the game with this card in your extension rule area if your starting ruler was released in the Grimm Cluster, or if your starting ruler's name is "Aristella, Ascendant Prince of the Crimson Moon".

Ruler cards you own released in the Grimm Cluster have "Tag (Rulers released in the Grimm Cluster)".

Ruler cards you own named "Aristella, Ascendant Prince of the Crimson Moon" or "Little Red Riding Hood" have Crimson Moon in addition to their other races and "Tag (Crimson Moon)".
