Extension Rule

You can start the game with this card in your extension rule area and exactly two rulers named "Lunya, the Wolf Girl" and "Lumia, the Fated Rebirth" as starting rulers only if you have six Cthulhu cards, six Goat cards, and six Human cards in your deck, and you don't have water cards or darkness cards in your deck.

Cards named "Nightmares of R'lyeh" you control gain Mastery (Goat) in all zones.

Whenever a non-Goat resonator you control attacks ⇒ Each player puts a [200/200] fire Cthulhu, Goat resonator token with Bloodlust into the field rested.

Whenever a Goat J/resonator leaves the field ⇒ Put a dream counter on this card. If there are 28 counters on this card, you win the game.
