Remove X blood counters from a J-ruler you control: Destroy target resonator with total cost X-2. If you do, put that resonator from its owner's graveyard into the field under your control, then it becomes a Vampire until end of game. You may put a J-ruler you control into your ruler area with its ruler side face up.
