Unprecedented Torture

Each player chooses a player secretly, then those players are revealed. Each player that has been chosen more times than any other player or that is tied as the most chosen player gains “When you draw the first card this turn ⇒ You lose 800 life.” until end of game. If all players are tied as the most chosen player, or if you are the most chosen player, each other player gains “Whenever you draw a card ⇒ You lose 500 life.” until end of game and each player draws a card instead.

Each player draws a card, then each other player discards a card.
