Each player chooses a player secretly, then those players are revealed. Rest all resonators the player that has been chosen more times than any other player or that is tied as the most chosen player controls. If all players are tied as the most chosen player, or if you are the most chosen player, rest all resonators and you gain “At end of turn ⇒ Recover all entities you control.” until end of turn instead.
